A native of Boulder, Colorado Janet Feder (www.janetfeder.com) is most widely known for pioneering composition for prepared guitar. Free from genre, her music both acknowledges and is simultaneously unmoored from the trappings of jazz, classical, avant-garde, folk or pop, creating a new musical lexicon and aesthetic ideal alike. She has been featured widely in print media and on numerous recordings, radio programs, and film scores including internationally acclaimed solo albums, compilations, and National Public Radio’s Tiny Desk Concert.

Janet is a lecturer at the University of Colorado, teaching the histories of Jazz and Rock & Roll. Touring and teaching internationally, she has performed and collaborated with a diverse landscape of renowned musicians. She is also one-half of the performing and recording duo cowhause with electronic musician/record producer Colin Bricker (aka Brokerclinic). Janet is a facilitator with Action Change Theatre, a prison arts program, and an artistic associate of Square Product Theatre. She serves the boards of non-profits Creative Music Works and Supporters of Children. In her spare time Janet is an avid cyclist..

Jess Kirby is the CCSS Director and an Assistant Professor in the UCCS Health Sciences department, specializing in sport psychology and health and wellness promotion. Dr. Kirby is the program director of the Mountain Lion Strong program at UCCS, aimed at supporting the well-being, resilience, and mental health of all UCCS student-athletes through comprehensive wellness education and a community of support. Dr. Kirby's research focuses on exploring the sport and physical activity experiences of diverse individuals across the lifespan, as well as the impact of social connection and quality peer relationships on the psychological well-being of young adults. She is a certified QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper trainer and a GRIT Resilience Coach. Her mission is to create culture change across sport that removes the stigma on mental health and elevates athlete well-being and human-centered coaching as the number one priority of sports organizations. She specializes in qualitative and arts-based research methods including narrative, ethnography, portraiture, and research poetry.

Regan Linton is a Denver born-and-bred creator, actor, director, and writer, specializing in out-of-the-box work with a disability slant. She has broken barriers as the first wheeler to perform on many major US regional stages, from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival to Arena Stage in DC. Regan is co-director of the award - winning documentary IMPERFECT (30+ film festivals), and one of six directors selected by Warner Bros/Discovery for the 100th Short Film Initiative, featuring her short film JACK AND THE BEANSTALK (HBO Max). She spent five years as Artistic Director of Denver’s disability-affirmative Phamaly Theatre Company. Recent Denver projects include Buntport Theater’s THE MENAGERIST, accessibility curation with DCPA Off-Center, facilitating theatre projects with ACT Ensemble at Sterling Correctional Facility, and her original interactive theatre show, FDR’s VERY HAPPY HOUR (in Denver October 2026). Other nifty stuff includes VoiceOver for Audible and video games, guest lecturing at universities, and serving on the Public Impact Panel for Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation and the Board of ConsultAbility. www.reganlinton.com
